Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 2 October 2014 that Keith Rogers, a Director of the Company, bought 13,460 ordinary shares of 0.25p today at a price of 222.5p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith Rogers and persons connected to him is 4,030,446 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
