Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 13 May 2009 that Kenneth Timmins, Director, purchased 16,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 60p per share on 7 May 2009. As a result of this transaction, Mr Timmins is now interested in 34,275 ordinary shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
