Director/PDMR Shareholding

Universe has been informed that on 1 April 2011 Paul Cooper, Chief Executive, and Robert Smeeton, Finance Director, each purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2p per share. Following these transactions, Paul Cooper now holds 700,000 Ordinary Shares and Robert Smeeton 204,160 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. and 0.2 per cent. respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
