Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that it was notified on 22 December 2014 that:

Derek Mapp, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, had on 22 December 2014 bought 134,245 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 44.25 pence per share. This transaction takes Mr Mapp's total holding in Huntsworth to 0.04% of the issued class.

Andy Boland, a Non-Executive Director, had on 22 December 2014 bought 89,496 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 44.25 pence per share. This transaction takes Mr Boland's total holding in Huntsworth to 0.03% of the issued class.
