VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that Mr. Don Lam, a director of the Company, purchased 102,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 December 2008 at a price of US$0.39 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Lam has a direct interest in 2,357,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.47% of the Company's total voting rights, in addition to his existing indirect interest in 412,583 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
