Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company has today been notified that on 29 February 2016 Mr Houghton transferred 135,480 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each into the name of his wife Jane Hilary Houghton for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Houghton's total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 1,290,192 shares representing approximately 0.70% of the total issued shares in the Company.

The Company has today been notified that on 29 February 2016 Mr Woods transferred 111,613 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each into the name of his wife Lesley Woods for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Woods' total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 989,470 shares representing approximately 0.54% of the total issued shares in the Company.
