Exercise of Options/Director Dealing

Dido Harding, Chief Executive Officer has today exercised nil priced shares options over 307,377 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company and sold all of the shares at £3.7935 per share.

Following this transaction, Dido Harding remains interested in 4,254,352 shares being 0.45% of the Company's issued shares.

The exercise of these options has been satisfied by the use of shares held by the ESOT and no new issue of shares has been made by the Company.
