VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 26 July 2013, the spouse of Mr. Michel Casselman, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 272,420 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USDD0.45 per ordinary share.
