PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that it was notified on 10 March 2016 that Ms A Dossey, a PDMR, via her spouse Mr M Dossey, purchased 600 ordinary shares of US 0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at US$5.41 (£3.80) per Ordinary Share on 9 March 2016.
Following this transaction, Ms Dossey has an interest in 600 Ordinary Shares.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
