Hogg Robinson Group plc 24 June 2013 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Directors' interest in shares The Company hereby notifies that on 21 June 2013 the following awards(originally granted on 21 June 2010), under the Performance Share Plan ("PSP")and Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") vested in respect of the followingDirectors as a result of performance conditions being met under those plans: PSP CSOP David Radcliffe 1,012,499 1,214,999 Kevin Ruffles 536,825 644,190 No payment is payable to the Company on the vesting of awards under either thePSP or CSOP. In addition, David Radcliffe continues to be beneficially interested in afurther 2,368,069 shares in the Company, and Kevin Ruffles continues to bebeneficially interested in a further 423,769 shares in the Company.
