Director/PDMR Shareholding

Moss Bros was notified today of the following transactions by Maurice Helfgott, a director of the Company, and his connected persons on 3rd October 2014:

Maurice Helfgott transferred 5,182 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA account at a price of 98 pence per Ordinary Share.

Danielle Helfgott, wife of Maurice Helfgott and as such a connected person, transferred 830 Ordinary Shares into her ISA account at a price of 98 pence per share. Additionally Danielle Helfgott acquired 1,857 Ordinary Shares at a price of 98 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of these transactions Maurice Helfgott, and persons connected, has an interest in 401,557 Ordinary Shares.
