The Board of Huntsworth, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that, owing to his other commitments, Mr Oscar Zhao resigned as a non-executive Director on 30 June 2015. 

Derek Mapp, Chairman of Huntsworth, said:

"In the short time that I have worked with Oscar, it has been a pleasure to deal with him and I thank him for his contribution to the Board."

Oscar Zhao said:

"It has been my honour to work with the Chairman and the other Directors of Huntsworth and I will continue to pay close attention to Huntsworth's development and growth."
