CHAIRMAN OF THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
The Board of The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") announces that with effect from 3 June 2010 that Mr Will Wyatt will stand down after five years as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and that Mr Simon Beresford-Wylie is appointed in his place. Mr Wyatt continues to serve as a Non Executive Director of Vitec, the Senior Independent Director and also as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
