Milestone Group PLC07 March 2008 DIRECTOR CHANGE AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("Milestone" or the "Company") announces thatpart time Finance Director, Brian Chester, and non executive director, AndyCraig, have both resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Company is currently in the process of appointing a replacement FinanceDirector and intends to make an announcement shortly. In the short term,Milestone's non executive Chairman, John Sanderson, has taken over theseresponsibilities. John Sanderson, Chairman, said: "The Board is grateful to Andy for his work for the Company initially as ChiefExecutive and more recently as a non executive and to Brian for his hard work asFinance Director over the past five years. It was always intended that both Andyand Brian would stand down from the Board once the Company had concluded itsreview of strategy and, having now completed this process, it is natural thatthey have chosen to move on. Both Andy and Brian's enthusiasm and commitment toMilestone are well recorded and I take this opportunity to wish them both thevery best for the future."
