Kellan announces that Ross Eades has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect, to pursue his other business interests.

Tony Reeves, Executive Chairman of Kellan, commented: "I would like to thank Ross for all his contributions and support to the Group during a very challenging period and for his continued support as a shareholder."

Ross Eades commented, "I have enjoyed my time as CEO and NED at Kellan and the opportunity to link up with Tony Reeves. My handover, along with the upcoming investment, ensures that the business is well placed to grow in its chosen markets."
