In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that it has been advised that, following an Initial Public Offering, Rocket Internet AG ('Rocket') began trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 2 October 2014. Philip Yea, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, has been an independent Non-Executive Director of Rocket since 1 September 2014.
