Directorate Change

The Board of Animalcare Group announces that John Tobin, Group Finance Director and Company Secretary has indicated his intention to leave the Group to pursue an independent business career; his leaving date has not yet been finalised but is likely to be around May/June 2010. The process of finding a replacement for John has begun and we will announce further updates in due course.

The Board would like to thank John for his contribution to the development of the Group and for his strong financial stewardship across the last two years and we wish him every success in his chosen course.
