Redstone PLC30 November 2006 Redstone plc ("Redstone" or "the Group") Board Change 30 November 2006 - On 22 June 2006 the Company announced that Mr. AndrewStafford-Deitsch would resign from the Board following an orderly handover tothe new non-executive Chairman Mr. Alan Coppin. An orderly handover has nowoccurred and consequently Mr. Andrew Stafford-Deitsch has now resigned as anon-executive director with effect from 29 November 2006. Martin Balaam.
