Directorate Change

The Board of Treveria announces that Nicholas Cournoyer has resigned as chairman and stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Cournoyer has informed the Board that, following recent events, due to the time now required to fulfil the duties demanded by the role of chairman of the Board, he has felt it necessary to step down from his position.

Following the announcement on 26 November 2009 regarding the receipt of a request for an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"), negotiations are ongoing with certain major shareholders with regard to the Board composition of Treveria.

Christopher Lovell, non executive director, will take up the position as interim chairman until a permanent replacement has been appointed.

A separate announcement regarding the details of the EGM will be made in due course.
