VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") has today been notified that on 13 April 2015, Mr. Michel Casselman, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD0.52 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Casselman has a combined direct and indirect interest of 1,270,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.29% of the Company's total voting rights.
