Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 5 November 2008 that on 4 November 2008 Mikel Faulkner, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 75p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 178,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.
