The Company has today been informed that the announcement dated 1 July 2014 regarding the shareholding of Philip Burks, a Director of the Company, was incorrect.

The correct shareholding of Philip Burks and persons connected to him is 263,478 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.5% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
