VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 20 July 2012, the spouse of Mr. Michel Casselman, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD$0.485 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Casselman has a combined direct and indirect interest of 641,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.13 percent of the Company's total voting rights.More information on the Company is available at www.vinacapital.com/vnl.
