LiDCO Group Plc13 April 2005 For immediate release 13 April 2005 LiDCO GROUP PLC (LiDCO or "the Company") DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS AWARD LiDCO Group plc (AIM: LID), the UK-based cardiovascular monitoring company,announces the following arrangements with respect to share options awarded to adirector of the Company. On 12th April 2005, the Company granted John Barry, Sales & Marketing Director,new unapproved options over 1,313,923 shares, exerciseable at 22 pence, whichrepresents the mid closing price on the 12th April 2005.
