CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Ms Deena Mattar has advised that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of Lamprell plc, a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting products and services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewables industry. Ms Mattar's appointment is with effect from 1st April 2012.
