Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company makes the following notification concerning Sharon Baylay-Bell, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

As announced by Restore plc on 4 July 2023, Sharon Baylay-Bell has agreed to become the Executive Chair of Restore plc with immediate effect.
