Director Declaration & Directorate Change

Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, that it has been advised that Elizabeth McKee Anderson, a Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth, has been appointed to the board of directors of BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a company whose shares are publicly traded on NASDAQ.

The Company further announces, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, that owing to her new commitments at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Elizabeth McKee Anderson has decided to resign as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth with effect from 31 December 2019.

The Company will now start the process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director.

David Lowden, Chairman of Huntsworth, said:

Elizabeth McKee Anderson said:
