DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, announces that on 10 July 2013 Paul Kristensen, non-executive Director of the Company, sold 50,000 shares at a price of 14p as part of the Kristensen Option Exercise announced on 12 April 2013.
Following the sale, Mr. Kristensen's interest in the Company now stands at 455,204 Ordinary Shares or approximately 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
