Court renders decision in Pol-Ka Producciones S.A. Dispute

On 1 December 2021, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date, in connection with its notice dated 19 July 2021, its subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. ("ARTEAR") and the subsidiary of ARTEAR, Pol Ka Producciones S.A. ("Pol Ka"), had been served notice of the decision of the Court on Commercial Matters No. 3, Secretariat No. 6 of the City of Buenos Aires, which denied the request to lift the injunction in re "Blanco, Fernando v. Pol-Ka Producciones S.A. on Ordinary Proceeding" (File No. 9979/2020).

The company will keep the public informed of any relevant information in connection with the case.
