Correction: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
This is a correction to the Results of Extraordinary General Meeting announcement published at 13:00 on 4 March 2022 (RNS Number: 7201D) which erroneously stated the nominal value for the new ordinary shares as 0.002p. The correct nominal value is 0.02p.
