Completion of the acquisition of buildings on the IDA Business Park in Letterkenny
Yew Grove, which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, is pleased to confirm that further to its announcement earlier today, the acquisition of Buildings B1, B2 and B3 on the IDA Business Park in Letterkenny, for an agreed price of €16 million, has now completed.
