Further to the announcement made on 22 December 2016, Tarsus, the international business-to-business media group, is pleased to announce completion of the acquisition of 65% of Foshan Huaxia Home Textile Development Co., Ltd, which owns the Home Furnishing Expo ("Hometex"), the leading bi-annual home textiles exhibition in China.
