Publication of Final Terms under the Company's €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme ("EMTN Programme")

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 27 July 2018 in respect of an issue by Kingfisher plc of EUR 50,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 31 July 2020 (the "Notes").

The Notes are issued under the Company's EMTN Programme.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 30 May 2018, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended. Full information on Kingfisher plc, and in respect of the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
