Change to Company Secretary
The Company announces the appointment of Ms Alison Fraser, Group Financial Controller, as Joint Company Secretary with immediate effect. Ms Alison Fraser will work alongside Mr Sai-Hup Fong who was appointed the Joint Company Secretary on 5 August 2013.
Mr Kai Xiang Teo will step down as Joint Company Secretary with immediate effect to focus on his role as Business Development Manager.
