Change of Name
At the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2010, a special resolution was passed authorising the change of name of the Company from Toumaz Holdings Limited to Toumaz Limited. This change of name was certified by an Authorised Officer of the Registry of Companies, Cayman Islands, on 14 May 2010.
The change of name of the Company for the purposes of AIM will take effect from 26 May 2010.
