26 January 2011 Conroy Diamonds and Gold P.l.c. ("Conroy" or "the Company") Further re: Change of name

Further to the results of annual general meeting announcement on 6 December 2010, the Company announces that the change of name to `Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc' has now taken effect. The Company expects to begin trading on AIM as Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc from 8.00am tomorrow. The Company expects to begin trading on the ESM markets under the new name from 8.00am on 28 January 2011.
