Change of Name

Further to the announcement made on 23 January 2009 and following the General Meeting held on 27 March 2009, the shareholders approved that the Company's name be changed from Close Brothers Venture Capital Trust  PLC to Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC effective from 27 March 2009.
