Change of name to Clontarf Energy plc
Persian Gold is pleased to announce that, following recent shareholder approval, its change of name to Clontarf Energy is now effective. The Company's ticker will change to 'CLON' with effect from Thursday 24 March; the Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. Existing shareholders who hold shares in certificated form as at close of business on 23 March 2011 will receive a new Clontarf Energy plc share certificate by no later than 6 April 2011.
