Change in Shareholder Structure
Rosneft Oil Company («Rosneft») announces the change in shareholder structure following the completion of the transaction on the sale of its Venezuelan businesses in exchange for a 9.6% stake in Rosneft equity capital (please refer to the announcement dated March 28, 2020).
