Changes to the Company's Structure

The Company announces that Mr Kien-Mun Ho has relinquished his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Mr Ho is leaving to pursue other interests. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Ho for his past contributions to the Company.

Mr Seán Anglim will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, whilst also retaining his role of Joint Chief Operating Officer. The Company has also recruited a new financial controller who will report to Mr Anglim. Mr Kai Xiang Teo will assume the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect.
