Board Committee Changes

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and innovator of great-tasting stevia sweeteners for the global beverage and food industry today announces the following changes to the Company's Audit Committee.

Guy Wollaert, an independent non-executive director has been appointed a member of the Audit Committee effective from 1 July 2017.

Following this addition, the members of the Audit Committee are as follows:
