Board Appointment
Lighthouse, (AIM: LGT) the largest listed UK financial advisory business, announces that Mr. Kenneth George Paterson, 60, has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Group Compliance and Risk Director with immediate effect.
Mr Paterson joined Lighthouse on 1 August 2012 as Group Compliance Director and has held that role since that time. He has considerable compliance and risk specialist experience having previously held senior positions within regulatory authorities and more latterly large scale financial businesses.
There are no further disclosures required under Rule 17 or Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
