Appointment of CFO

Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV), the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Parsons to the Board as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 20 July 2022. Ahead of her appointment on 20 July 2022, Charlotte will be available to the Company on a part time basis in a consultancy capacity.

Charlotte brings with her a wealth of relevant disciplinary and sectoral experience in senior finance and operational roles over 23 years in international property, engineering, and construction consultancies. In addition, Charlotte has an established track record of providing high-level strategic and change management advice to the boards of PLCs and LLPs.

Charlotte's experience as Finance Director at High-Point Rendel Ltd (since acquired by KPMG), and Chief Financial Officer of James R. Knowles (Holdings) PLC (since acquired by Hill International), means that she has a strong understanding of many of the same issues, sectors, markets and jurisdictions as those in which Driver Group operates.

In the period between now and Charlotte joining the Board, the Company's Finance Controller, James Keenan, will report directly to the Driver Board.

Pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Charlotte Louise Parsons (aged 50) has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past five years:

Charlotte Parsons does not currently hold any shares in the Group.

Charlotte was a Director of Kelnigal Holdings Limited when the Company was dissolved by Members Voluntary Liquidation in April 2019 with no shortfall to creditors.

There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
