Annual Report and Notice of AGM

SciSys plc ("SciSys" or "the Company") (AIM:SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services to the Media Broadcast, Space, Government & Defence, Environment and Applications Support sectors, today announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 has been sent to its shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held at 12.00 noon on 27th May 2010 at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB.

Copies of the Annual Report are available free of charge from the Company's registered office at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB and the Annual Report and notice of AGM are available on the Company's web site www.scisys.co.uk.
