Printed copies of the Annual Report for year ended 31 December 2014 together with the notice of 2014 annual general meeting and form of proxy or form of instruction (as the case may be) have been despatched by post to shareholders and holders on 14th May 2015. In addition, they can be obtained free of charge upon request at the Company's principal place of business, c/o CFPro Limited, Metal Box Factory, 30 Great Guildford Street, London, SE1 0HS during normal business hours for one month after 24 June 2015 and are also available on the company website www.iafdys.co.uk.
