Announcement of refinancing
The Company is pleased to announce that it has exercised the option contained in its existing facility agreement to extend its £500m multi-currency financing facility, comprising a £250m term loan and a £250m revolving credit facility, with its current lenders. The facility will now run until 6th February 2022.
