Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 23rd November 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 39 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,898,801 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 247,035,061 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
