AGM Statement

Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L), an innovative point-of-care monitoring and diagnostic devices company, will hold its Annual General Meeting in London today. At the meeting, the Company's Chairman, Dr David Martyr, will make the following statement:

"Following the successful launch of Proxima 3 in Europe, Sphere Medical's key strategic goals for 2016 are to launch Proxima 4 in Europe and identify the appropriate commercialisation partnerships to market the product in Europe and other major markets. As reported previously, we expect the quantum of revenue in 2016 to remain modest but I can report back from our sales teams that interest from hospitals in the Proxima platform continues to build and we expect accelerated sales once Proxima 4 is launched. We are on track to achieve our goals and 2016 is set to be an important year for the Company."
