Tiger Resource Finance PLC11 April 2005 Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company') AGM and NAV Update The Board of Tiger is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed forconsideration at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held on Friday April 82005, were approved. In addition, the Company reports that the unaudited portfolio value (PV) pershare (based on investments and cash only) at 31 March 2005 was 4.41p per share. All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the nextannouncement will disclose the portfolio value per share as at 30 June 2005.
