Torotrak PLC17 October 2005 Torotrak plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 17,142 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").
